Before opening or inflating
Please inspect your item when it arrives. Keep packaging, labels, and photos if anything looks damaged or incorrect.
Return eligibility
For hygiene and safety reasons, used, inflated, or water-exposed pool products may not be eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or different from your order, contact us with your order number and clear photos so we can review it.
